To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure.

Community development districts may reference Chapter 190 as the uniform charter but must include information relating to any grant of special powers.
Date of Establishment:
Established December 29, 2011, by Ordinance No. 11-101 granting those special powers to the CDD as set forth in Section 190.012(1) and Sections (2)(a)(d) and (f), (except for powers regarding waste disposal) F.S. and Section 190.012(3) and by Ordinance No. 15-82 expanding the boundaries on September 1, 2015.

The Development is located in the western portion of Miami-Dade County in the State of Florida. More specifically, it is located in Section 20 of Township 54 South, Range 39 East. The Development is bounded on the west by S.W. 167th Avenue, on the south by S.W. 44th Street and on the east by the Eden Lakes and Park Lakes subdivisions. The eastern half of the Development is bounded on the north by a canal right-of-way and the western half is bounded on the north by S.W. 43rd Street.
